Self Drive Conditions
  • Payment - A sum sufficient to cover the full cost of hire plus a deposit of £150.00. Payment can only be taken from a valid debit/credit card, 2 forms of ID are required for example utility bills, bank statements, passport etc.
  • Age Limits - Drivers must be over 21 and under 70 years of age. Special conditions apply for under 25's
  • Driving Licence - A driver must have held a full U.K. license for 2 years. Licence must be free from endorsements other than 2 speeding or technical offences; any more must be referred to our insurance company for authorisation. ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD A VEHICLE LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT US SEEING THE LICENCE
  • Rates - Include insurance and maintenance, but exclude Diesel, Oil and Tyre repair
  • Insurance - All vehicles are covered by Fully Comprehensive Insurance but the HIRER IS LIABLE FOR THE FIRST £400.00 OF DAMAGE. We now offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at £10.00 per day or £50.00 per week
  • Hirers MUST ENSURE vehicles are returned in a CLEAN CONDITION. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE MAINLAND BRITAIN (WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT). If vehicles are returned dirty customers will be subjected to a £25 fine.
  • Mileage - Excess mileage WILL BE CHARGED FOR at the Company's discretion
  • ALL VEHICLES COVERED BY FULL RAC MEMBERSHIP.

All congestion charges/fines etc will be debited from drivers/hirers credit or debit card.
